MAKING A PURCHASE.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payments for deliveries to United Kingdom, Europe and the Rest of The World. All prices include any taxes or VAT, the price indicated is the price you will pay.
To complete any order with Intrigue Boutique you must register an account in order for us to process your details.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY.
We use 128-bit encryption technology and Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) in all areas where your personal and account information is required. Our Web site is certified by Equifax Secure Inc. which verifies that our Web site is authentic and that we use SSL security. To view our Equifax Secure certificate, click on the image of the closed lock or the solid key at the bottom of your browser window. Our Web site security information will appear.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order via the email confirmation.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
Standard delivery via First Class Royal Mail at a charge of £5.95 for all UK, Europe £9.95 and Rest of the World £18.95. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address or not signed for then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. We are unable to deliver to any Worldwide PO Boxes.
Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE.
We seek to deliver all orders within our delivery guides. If you need to know if an item will be delivered in time for a special occasion then our Instant messenger: sales@intrigueboutique.com will stock check and confirm delivery deadlines for you.
We offer delivery guides, however items if not in stock at time of order may take up to 28 days to deliver. In the event of this happening we will contact you to advise of the delay, if this is not acceptable we can offer alternative styles that are available or a full refund. This is a rare occurrence but can happen during seasonal and busy periods.
BACK ORDERS.
We do try to alert you of all out of stock items within our site, but at times their maybe an overlap. This is a rare occurrence, but urgent requirements should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering.
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund (less Postage costs) provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within.
We require you to notify us of your return or exchange within 7 days of delivery to you the customer, starting from the day of delivery to you the customer.
We provide a Returns Authorisation form within your registered account area, please ensure that you complete this request form to enable us to deal with your request efficiently.
All returns must reach us within 7 days of you Returns Authorisation notification being completed (starting from time of notification reaches us). If you do not receive confirmation that we have received the goods within this time frame please contact us direct returns@intrigueboutique.com

All returns outside of the UK mainland we accept that mail services vary from country to country. We advise that you notify us of your postal date where we can make an allowance for time variance. We may require to send proof of posting where items are not received within 14 days.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Returns on Body Stockings, Stockings & Tights are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
No returns on Made To Measure or personalised items will be accepted unless the item is deemed faulty.
It is absolutely essential that when you return goods to us you obtain the 'certificate of posting/shipping' and that you ask for a 'signed for service' or a recorded delivery service for your package(s) that you are returning. We accept no responsibility for any items that are lost in the post. It is also advisable to email us when you have posted the goods so we know its on its way.
Once we have received your goods we will then process your request for either a refund or replacement. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for this to be done. In busier periods such as Halloween, Christmas and Valentines this can be up to 21 days.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of goods made to your specification or clearly personalized). We adhere to the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2003.
All cancellations must be notified in writing within 7 days stating your Order Number and Name. We strongly advise that you Email your cancellation to ensure that you meet DSR deadlines. If your goods have been dispatched then our Returns Policy is applicable.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - CLAIM TIME LIMITS.
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier. Also remember to use the correct return address witch is found on our contact pages.
INCORRECT GOODS.
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY.
When the order is placed on our website, you can shop on-line securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card.
GUARANTEE.
Intrigue Boutique will offer a guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products ordered from us, including products in a faulty condition that we will either exchange them for products of equal value or provide a refund provided of course that the products are returned unworn with labels intact and that they are in a proper and resalable as new condition. In order for an exchange or refund to be made you must first notify us by email within 7 days and they must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
